Kevin Peach is the Chief Operating Office (COO) at Disaster Services Corporation SVDP-USA, recognized for his ability to create public-private partnerships to drive cross-sector collaboration. He has served in various capacities to advise the United Nations (UN), the Executive Office of the President (White House), the National Security Council (NSC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), and private industry. Kevin's background is in emergency management, leading programs that address preparedness, protection, security, response, recovery and mitigation. Having served in various capacities for various local, state, federal, and international agencies, Kevin possesses extensive and diverse professional experience managing multilateral disaster responses, government organizations, complex disaster projects and emergency management programs. He has experience managing emergency field response activities, and the formulation and development of policies addressing the mobilization of resources during emergencies, the preparation of emergency plans, and the coordination of emergency operations. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices and organizations that affect emergency management activities in the Unites States and internationally. Has a proven ability to exercise leadership and manage a diverse and complex organization to protect the Nation from all hazards, including natural disasters, terrorism, and other man-made disasters through a risk-based, comprehensive emergency management system of preparedness, protection, security, response, recovery, and mitigation.

Gautam Bazaz is an experienced investor and operator focusing on healthcare, technology, and the financial service industries. He has launched multiple businesses, serves as an advisor to CEO’s, and helps companies run as efficiently as possible while managing change as optimally as possible. His professional experiences include management consulting at Booz & Co. / Booz Allen Hamilton, investment banking at JPMorgan Securities, corporate strategy and general management at Vanguard, and he was the lead Portfolio Manager at a multi-billion-dollar family office. Gautam received his B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University and his MBA from Duke University.

Jim Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Wholecrowd, a full service Marketing, Branding and Communications Group. Jim has over 15 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, non-profits and small to medium size businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. Prior to starting Wholecrowd, Jim was the founding partner of a public affairs company located in Washington, DC. At an early age, Jim was taught the value of giving back, and spent his high school years at St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia, PA where community service and volunteering is part of the culture. Jim received his degree from James Madison University where he was also a member of the Division I mens baseball team. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jim currently resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife and children.

Current Experience:
Mr. Freeman has a multi-national background of 25+ years in the Information Technology across multiple industries include: IBM, UPS, Fleet Financial, CIGNA, Monsanto, Webster University and Gartner to name a few. His combination of strategic problem solving, personnel leadership/mentorship and astute learning has been vital across the industries where he has driven revenue, new market share and organizational transformation on a Global scale.

Currently he is an Executive Partner with Gartner, Inc.  where his focus is assisting the C-Suite achieve their Strategic Business Transformational Goals in conjunction with their Board of Directors.  

Freeman completed his B.S. in Business at CUNY in New York and received his M.S. in Telecommunications from New York University.

Mr. Freeman has a strong passion in communities where he resides and has served in active roles on Boards: The Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota & DeSoto County, FL (Currently Board Treasurer), Boys & Girls Club Greater Saint Louis, MO., Bethesda HealthCare and Epworth Children & Family Services.

Freeman resides Sarasota area of Florida along with his wife Patricia. Where they enjoy visits from the 3 children and 4 soon to be 5 grandchildren
